The Van Gogh Affect is an exhibition of fifty to sixty photographs that address van Gogh’s profound influence on our contemporary perception of the world. The origins of the exhibit are drawn from never before seen images created 25 years ago for the National Geographic story, "Lullaby in Color".
Currently, Johnson and Lanza are making new images on a creative pilgrimage through France and The Netherlands. Working in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and the Saint-Paul Asylum in Saint-Rémy, they have been granted special access in their retracing of Van Gogh’s time.
The exhibit will travel from 2020-2024. Please contact Lynn Johnson or Patricia Lanza if you are interested in this exhibit.
